The U.S. criminal code makes aiding and abetting a federal crime itself a crime
some (and I'm sure there are plenty more) motives for obstruction of justice by Scotillo, in my trial, were:political favor for the brother of x bar president (defense lawyer 1), mayor of next town that shares same police and fire dept.
the whole of 2 corrupt village governments would be appreciative (cops high on something during a arrest is no state secrete), if things were kept under wraps, covered up, obstruction of justice, conspiracy, accessory, but Inverness and Palatine would be great full,
Scotillo could black mail others involved,
Scotillo don't want any law enforcement snooping into his past, or his and his wife's bar activities, so let it slide (Palatine cop's might play hard ball out of court with the judge? or know's something that others don't know).
the arresting department owes Scotillo one,
give assistant states attorney Chandra, her 1st trial, and have her forever indebted,

another motive is that Scotillo is a criminal, and he enjoys this supreme authority,
I believe I have provided enough evidence, in my blogs, to legally remove Scotillo from the bench, arrest him, throw him in jail, along with a bunch of his buddies and many more. His wife, might have to join him re;lady king pin of the bar association (recruiting other judges and lawyers to bid, their whim). I have notified 3500 judges, lawyers, prosecutors, law makers, community leaders, every law professor in Illinois. This is all public knowledge. If the higher ups don't want to do anything about the corruption and dirt, I have exposed, it's their choice.
For a rigged trial, mine was a odd ball, not a typical one, where a lawyer could pay off a judge at one of many weekly bar functions .......... my case was different, still trying to figure this one out ...... I think it was political, (got 2 mayors, 2 Tatooles, 2 village boards, locked together, same cops hired by both towns, a local law bar, and a bunch of cops on drugs, on duty making arrests)...... not your normal run of the mill trial.
Use to be, if the cop got any thing wrong on the ticket or report the case is tossed. Now, The new law, reports or testimony don't have to be any where close to accurate, truthful, or honest. Grab bag law, slime ball law.
WHY? Cook County, Chicago, Illinois, his Northwest Suburban Bar Association, Chicago bar, Illinois bar, American bar, or is it the water in lake Michigan, Why?
Judges not demanding the truth in court, the system / bar's not demanding ethics, high standard from a judge, this is a free for all, any thing goes.
Nobody cares, the powers at hand, just don't care. So my blogs just might be a piss in the wind.
We are, have been, in a major crisis. We must get this corruption and lack of responsibility under control, before it destroys us.
I would suggest remove, incarcerate, the 3500 judges, lawyers, prosecutors, law makers, community leaders, every law professor, that has not done their job. Any thing other makes them all accessories to a cover up, who got away with a crime. The law is clear cut.
To see, to know about, to cover up, doing nothing, about a crime makes all parties apart of that crime and makes you a sorry excuse for a human being, defiantly no pillar...... in my books, any way.

every one hates when a cop police report is a lie, the cop so high on drugs, did not know the town, highway, location, color of car he pulled over, (right there in the report as clear as day)
Scotillo praises these cops high on drugs while on patrol for excellent and out standing service to the community.
Scotillo ruled Tatooles (x-bar president) incompetent, appellate court agreed but judges allowed unprepared, incompetent lawyer to continue representation at trial, a defendant in a criminal trial.

out of the 3500 emails, I asked for some one to let Scotillo know about this, u think any one contacted Scotillo? Am I the only one with enough courage to call a judge a crook? To me it just like a rotten section of pipe that has to be replaced.
maybe once the cops knew my lawyer was Tatooles, the police chief of Palatine, contacted brother, mayor Tatooles of Inverness, requested a professional courtesy and let Mars hang, Tatooles contacted the judge, Scotillo told assistant states attorney. (see below for more)
