I don't mind (no body minds) having a system that works smoothly, and some times, a unconventional means to keep it running smoothly, I guess is ok.

But when you cross the line and start doing illegal stuff, breaking the law, to meet your perception of right and wrong, is just plain wrong.

None of them could say a thing about the photos, evidence that became, exculpatory evidence, cops high on drugs during arrest. Even the appellate papers were a joke, a 5th grader could have done a better job. Perjured testimony, a false police report, tampering with a evidence and so on.

So I guess this means that if a cop says the sears tower is in the Bahama's, the judge will rule it's so, I guess it's then law. Google earth and Wikipedia, will just have to adjust.

The law also makes the statue of limitation to these crimes limitless, Scotillo made error, he thought the normal 3 year limit applies (3 year probation, 3 year limit). it's all right there, in the transcripts, (I think I had kinko's make me 10-12 copies) a top state of Illinois dui Palatine cop (Wenrich) higher than a kite, tripping out of his mind, during arrest and another top state of Illinois awarded dui cop sitting next to him (Hunter) and not noticing a thing.

Then, the corruption in this case grew wings............. or a jet pack and took off.

You would think Wenrich, since he had the balls to do drugs on duty and the balls to tell the judge to his face things that aren't true, at some point in time he would develop a conscience? (about telling the truth) and he would have the balls to step up and say, sorry judge, what I testified to is false and my police report was false, in the arrest of Mike Mars and a few others,

or

maybe tell other judges across the hall that he told them one thing but, Scotillo the opposite about 10,000 times and the D.A.'s office played along. Since higher court over rules lower court and the appellate court agreed with Wenrich's lies, perjured testimony, false reports, then the 10,000 other cases will have to be over turned and the Illinois Department of Transportation must change their postings, to conform to Wenrich's delusional state of mind.

What about compensation? Do these 10,000 people get something, this would aid in breaking the balance sheet of Illinois, thus Scotillo and his buddies seem, will go to no length to keep this off the books, covered up.

This is about the best in quality your going to get from Scotillo and his law buddies or a cop.

After 5 years, every one goes about their merry way to lie another day, under the guize of law.

I would assume Wenrich, Chandra, Andre, Scotillo and the others continued to pollute trials, tamper with evidence or what ever, so, in the past 5 years there may be maybe 10,000 cases like mine by these 4 people. Who will speak for those cases? Who will answer for, Drew Petersons dead and or missing wife's, when they asked for help. They just keep on trashing what ever is left of decency in the court.

What ever happened to code of ethics, pride, integrity, being proud, doing good, civil rights, moral fiber?

It's missing, what's worst, is that, Scotillo and his buddy goon squad don't know it's missing, probably don't care, so busy praising them self's and self glorification, they lost sight of the very fiber they are suppose to represent.

Maybe the cover up is because the cop is mentally, ill and the judge, does not want to discriminate against a mentally Ill cop? (does that make sense?) or maybe the judge is just 1 more crooked judge in cook county?

I got no problem with employment of the mentally ill, but I would think as a cop on patrol, with a gun, might not be the best place.

I guess that puts corruption in a different light. Treatment would be helpful. This may be the hammer on the nail, as to the corruption in Illinois and you know what, maybe it is something in the water from the lake? We have to think out of the envelope as to why there is more corruption, judicial dirt, disregard for the code of ethics, in this area than maybe other area's in the country.

This was one reason when Dalmer got killed in jail, I felt we (society) miss out on a learning opportunity. I was hoping study and research could have provided answers, thus preventing or giving a heads up, to further similar events. But I think my thoughts were not shared by many.

You see, now look at Bernie Madoff, a lot of public rage. But is any one looking into the the checks and balances, that failed. Government agencies lack of monitoring and those in those agencies are just as guilty. Scotillo lacks integrity, ehtics, judicial terrorism, praises a cop that was on drugs during arrest, lied under oath, da's office knew, cover up

2 time law-bar president John Scotillo, 1 time law-bar president Tatooles, defense lawyer #1. Law-bar governor defense lawyer #2. 2 time law-bar president and 21 year editor Nancy Scotillo is right there, to have these cops, law enforcement and others get a free pass with drug abuse on duty, in court, false reports, perjury, obstruction of justice and all other criminal conduct, I think is against the law, improper, unethical, but who or what am I? only a high school graduate, plumber (a little more qualified than Joe the plumber), now a felon, while all the real criminals in this case walk free.

At the end of the trial, judge Scotillo, defense lawyer # 1 (Tatooles), 2 assistant states attorneys (Chandra and Andres), then praised each other, in some type of frenzy for about 20 minutes...... it was kind of sickening, especially after they all just made a mockery out of every thing the law represents. It was kind of like a pack of wolfs, just made a kill, were dancing and howling before the feast (really creepy).

This is a poor reflection on judge Urso and how he runs his court house (I sent him a copy of the letter to Palatine and Inverness). So if these 2 judges in the Rolling Meadows court house aid and abet, obstruct justice, cover up, others probably do also and hide behind their robe.

I think people want a higher standard from judges, than what we have here. Seems to be a lack of role models also.

What is Obama's change going to do about this? Band-aid change or fundemental change? If a judge told Obama or his wife to obstruct justice, as a lawyer from Chicago, they would have, had to obey or forget about practicing law. How do you change people to be more honsty and truthfull if they don't want to change?

I once came across a slum lord in Palatine, south of k-mart, and I made a big stink about it because it was not right, it was horrible, rotten and sick, worse than you could imagine. A bunch of handy cap people with walkers, oxygen bottles, 110 degrees out side, air conditioning did not work, half the outlets did not work, stoves and refrigerators did not work, plumbing did not work. I have seen the health department of palatine, and other departments only attack those who are not politically connected or let's say paid off some one and let those who are connected or greased the palm, let things slide.

This is a true story and these cops, da's, lawyers, judges, their club law bar and 5 years later, continue this terrorism every day. They all think this is a-ok, acceptable conduct.

I say this activity is not a-ok, it is a disgrace, dishonor, unacceptable, I think this is terrorism and wrecking havoc on this whole world.

Who do you call? (re Drew Peterson's dead wife, missing wife, they called the police, da, church, and ended up dead and or missing)........ I have contacted many, and get the impression, not many people care.

So many law bar presidents, governors and the judges wife -21 year law letter editor and 2 time president involved in this scam they call law and order, makes you wounder about the Northwest Suburban Bar Association. Add all the other people involved, in this cover up, makes a person wounder even more.

Scotillo and the appellate agreed defense lawyer #1 Tatooles was incompetent, not prepared for trial (Tatooles told me in the hall before court started, we'll get a continuance). Scotillo denied continuance. I was convicted of a felony, in a fixed trial, with a crooked judge, crooked D.A., crooked defense lawyers, crooked law bar, crooked justice system.

Sad part and example is, with this whole mess is that no one polices the law, only pay lip service, there is no law and order within the law, with in law enforcement or the criminal justice system, with in the law bar. Suppose to be, but just aint there. Like a bunch of runaway power freeks, which are freeking out the whole country and in a way it seems to me, this is a very organized crime syndicate. Maybe some day, they get tired and lady justice can resume.

Another question, about the legitimacy of criminal convictions when the court rules the incompetency of the defense attorney, during trial, then let's the trial continue with the same, unfit, defense lawyer (I could give you that page #'s, in the trial staring lawyer 1, or the post trial arguments page #'s, by lawyer 2, but, or maybe it is in the appellate ruling by lawyer 3 and 4 also, but, I'm waiting to get arrested or worst, for blogging the truth, about wide spread home grown, criminal elements and what happened in my trial, so what's the difference, its there).

Another question, about the integrity of Scotillo's criminal justice system as a whole.

6th amendment gives rights for legal defense, but what, give the defendant mentally disturbed lawyer is like throwing the defendant a anchor.

When I sent Scotillo and his Law Bar governors, Urso and 35oo others, a copy of my letter to Inverness and Palatine, there was a link to a murder plot of a curb painter I over heard, in AZ, by the people I was staying with (Italian with a green card plotting to kill a born in America, guy who did a job and wanted to get paid, employment of illegal maid, he plotted to kill wife, while in Italy until he found out every thing is in her name, willed to daughter, not him. They stole my $40,000 jet truck. Just as that curb painter, they did not pay me and threatened to kill me. The guy has a get out of jail card, from the police chief of Mesa (I saw it). Arizona and Illinois probation was informed of all this dirt, Scotillo, immigration, AZ and all, let this slide. Can't leave out the x Palatine cop (x friend of theirs who moved to Arizona also) who put cameras in his daughter's bathroom, bed room and made video taps. Daughter ended up as a private, on call, massage hooker, her implants are extra large. This was another nightmare, I did not need.

Scotillo hides exculpatory evidence not me, welcome to Illinois, just another day in the Cook County Court system.

Scotillo knew that the evidence presented to him by a Palatine cop was false, took no action.

I contacted and provided more court certified, indictable, criminal evidence than the FBI did Blagojevich (once a Cook County Assistant State's Attorney) to Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan and her father,

Obama and Dick Durbin, Anita Alvarez's offices were also contacted, months ago.

Lack of action is called accessory to obstruction of justice, a criminal conspiracy, a cover up, makes them criminals also

all of this for what? protect a couple cops high on drugs?

Anita Alvarez's office and Scotillo plays double standard. Assistant cook county prosecutors Chandra and Andre, knowingly presented facts to the court that were false. I believe Scotillo knew these facts were false also. Others judges have ruled these facts were false, Scotillo may have ruled these facts false, in cases before and after.

I think any one with a uniform and badge, get's a bias of honest, credible, replicable person. When in fact they are some of the most despicable groups on the face of the earth but also it also has a lot to do with the person. I would like to think there are lawyers, prosecutors and judges that do not play double standard and are very serious about these matters. Like good plumber and bad plumber thing or good mechanic and bad mechanic thing.

After 5 years, since my trial, these cops and cook county prosecutors and judges, go about business, like nothing is wrong. Looks like organized crime with a badge.

If you or I made a false report like Palatine cop, Wenrich, then willfully presented facts to the court knowingly wrong during testimony, we would be arressted.

If a cop suspected you or I were on drugs, we would be arrested and have to prove we were not.

It was known at the time of arrest that Palatine cop Wenrich was on some type of drug.

Where does a cop get drugs? Maybe he was on some type of mind altering "no doze?"

Palatine got a CSI now, can you imagine the corruption there, they all know that any report right or wrong, would be deemed as truthfull and not questioned. Scotillo gives the green light for false reports and the appellate court agrees. Maybe Wenrich and his buddies in the force get the drugs from CSI, I don't think so, I would say evidence room or shake down. When I was in treatment, I heard stories about the cops in town that would make a person barf and barf and barf.

Any one think this was the only false report and testimoney by Wenrich....... that Scotillo knew about...... that the DA knew about?.............. not for one second, maybe the only false report a retired supreme court justice new about (I wounder if the judge called the police department or any one in the village, saying you owe me one). It was my long belief that Scotillo some how did.

Wenrich, Hunter, the prosecutors, judges are still on active duty with no consequences of their criminal activities.

If Scotilo, Wenrich and the host of others, did not have the badge and were regular folk, they would be in jail.

Officer Wenrich of the Palatine police, on patrol during arrest, was high on drugs, hallucinating, hammered, staggering around, with guns, flipping out, (self evident, right there, in the report), said at trial, I have no rights.

Dick Devine's office provided Andre and Chandra, 2 crooked and greased prosecutors.

Judge Scotillo agreed with Wenrich's I had no rights and praised him every which way.

The appellate court agreed with Scotillo, who agreed with Wenrich, I have no rights, and praised Wenrich like no tomorrow.

The appellate court agreed with Scotillo that, defense lawyer 1, Tatooles, was incompetent, un fit to be a lawyer.

There for my 6th constitutional amendment rights were taken from me also, unless the constitution considers a incompetent lawyer a-ok (Scotillo made the call early in the trial, then allowed Tatooles to continue as a incompetent defense lawyer), what about a affirmative defense?

I assume Scotillo likes defendants who have incompetent lawyers, as far as I am concerned this is what you get with a 2 time bar president who is judge, who is above the law.

That is why Defense lawyer 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 plus, 1 retired supreme court justice and the appellate, did not want to butt heads, simply let these cops, continue to do as they please.

I was in my corvette, maybe Wenrich wanted to sell me some of the drugs he was on, because I was not interested, the arrest followed. Nobody asked me if I blew into the machine. I asked Tatooles to review the video's in the interrogation room, at the beginning, before, I knew the fix was in.

If the higher ups don't want to do anything about the corruption and dirt, I have exposed, it's their choice.

For a rigged trial, mine was a odd ball, not a typical one, where a lawyer could pay off a judge at one of many weekly bar functions .......... my case was different, still trying to figure this one out ...... I think it was political, (got 2 mayors, 2 Tatooles, 2 village boards, locked together, same cops hired by both towns, a local law bar, and a bunch of cops on drugs, on duty making arrests)...... not your normal run of the mill trial.

Use to be, if the cop got any thing wrong on the ticket or report the case is tossed. Now, The new law, reports or testimony don't have to be any where close to accurate, truthful, or honest. Grab bag law, slime ball law.

We are, have been, in a major crisis. We must get this corruption and lack of responsibility under control, before it destroys us.

I would suggest remove, incarcerate, the 3500 judges, lawyers, prosecutors, law makers, community leaders, every law professor, that has not done their job. Any thing other makes them all accessories to a cover up, who got away with a crime. The law is clear cut.

Have a cop do a B.A.C. or a urine test before work and after. Watch the whole police department quit...... which might be a good thing, hire newbies.

What is more funny is have cops do testing before testimony................. or a voice analyzer , or a retina scan........ during testimony ...... but, the defendants and witnesses must tell the truth also. point is "truth", just cause a cop is suppose to be honest, that don't mean they are. A lawyer is suppose to be honest, that don't mean they are, same with a judge, a doctor, the governor, congress man, senator, vp or president. If every one tells the truth but the judge is crooked, it just don't matter.

Truth, brings me to this -- I don't believe a 757 plowed into the Pentagon. To me the logical evidence just does not support it. The small hole in the building (compared to the size of a 757) and collateral damage speaks for it's self.

If the government wanted to test the building against a missile strike, I think the American people would have understood and agreed to such a test. We the people, are not as stupid as some may want to believe.

5 gallon steel buckets are used for tar, we use, when applying tar to plain end concrete pipe (I'm a plumber). Before plastic buckets were around, we put some kerosene (#1) or # 2 in the buckets, light them, burn out the tar we could not scrape out, then use the buckets. Winter time kerosene was used all the time.

Some of you do not recall, but before the barricades that are used today, there were these little round steel lanterns (less than a foot in diameter) that had a wick. Would fill them with kerosene and light em. Set them on the road, all over the construction area. In the morning, put the caps on (fire would go out). At the end of the day fill em up and light em. This was the method of barricades / warning lights for 50 years? Nothing ever melted.

I do not believe jet fuel (kerosene) melted any thing in the twin towers. Kerosene or jet fuel couldn't even melt a can of beans and I don't care if that can of beans was on fire for 6 months, just aint going to happen.

These are facts that will never change, just like the lies and corruption in my trial. Maybe cops do it because the county does it, because the state does it, because cause the federal government does it.

Endless cycle. This mixture of things, gives us what we have today, and no one will let go.

Is this for the better good, a higher good, for the country? I don't think so.

Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of truthful, honest and good people, all over the place, color, religion, age, u name it. There seems to be a offal lot of wrong doers also, we need to help, understand, to become better neighbours.

Cops lie, lawyers lie, politicians lie, judges lie, sets a bad example, with this comes broken promises, unfilled commitments, empty words. This is a example why Americans are not welcome around the world as once upon a time. And it was not you or me that caused this, but we put the people in charge that did this. I am sorry to say, I guess we are equally at fault.

Nothing will change until we as individuals, as a city, as a state or as a country, change from this path of deception and deceit.

It seems also that a lot of people don't seem to care any more, they see corruption of their peers that seem to be winning all the time, only way to get ahead, younger people especially. They figure if the establishment can get away with it so can we.

Palatine police officer Wenrich, Hunter, rookie on duty at the time of case number 04-c3-30337, and Baker, lets not forget Baker, shift commander, police chief, Palatine Mayor, and Village Board, 1 retired supreme court justice, and appellate judges jj, o'malley, tully, pj, mcnulty.

Just about every other person I came across is protecting Wenrich, the list is longer than you can shake a fist at, I know who they are. I Can go much further. See blogs.

The only thing I wanted was the truth told especially, in a court of law, No body I contacted seems interested or seems to care. I care about the truth.

Little did I know that the Police chief of Inverness was the deputy Police chief of Palatine, at the time officer Wenrich (high on drugs) arrested me. But I knew that Tatooles was the mayor of Inverness, I did not know that Tatooles issued the Police chief of Palatine $120,000 check.

Guess who was the Palatine police chief and deputy police chief when Wenrich knowingly gave false documented evidence and perjured testimony under oath, to the court, in front of Judge Scotillo.

Scotillo, the appellate court and apparently a retired supreme court justice agreed.

Tatooles, was not prepared for criminal trial there, for must be incompetent

This seems to be the friendship within the Northwest Suburban Bar Association, Rolling Meadows court house, the States attorney of Cook County and the Palatine Police department (per say), to let a incompetent lawyer practice law and cops knowingly fabricate false testimony, I guess one hand washes the other.

Ha, just occurred to me Northwest suburban bar association and the Rolling Meadows court house is only a mile away as the crow flies.

You see why this could not go in front of a grand jury or in front of a trial by jury?

What about Micro Aseptic, and what does the judge know about the $5k Palatine trustees Wagner and Solberg gave, to Chief Bratcher. Micro Aseptic owned by Wagner and Solberg, interestingly cleaned the Brown's Chicken crime scene. (This is the middle of this sub story, I'm sure)

why I do this

Some one has to. The nasty stuff that happened in my trial, is a every day occurrence, which should not be. What happened to me was against every law, oath, pledge and any thing you can think of, under the sun. A lot of people of law with a higher education, have no conscious, no morals, lack responsibility for their actions, but they have a get out of jail card. This is main steam America ...... Look at the state of our country. People are looking for change, I don't think any thing will change while this nonsense is going on.

By odds, you can't have 100% of any thing, thank goodness for a few good men and women.

For me simple, I am a plumber, I see a bad pipe, got to fix it, turn the water off, cut it out, patch it, replace it, by pass it, rig it. Lot of things u can do.

Maybe if enough people look at this blog, some one, a process, order or some thing with the power and know how, can........ at least, slow down, put a dent in this endless cycle of corruption.

Also to see how many professionals look at this and shrug it off, oh-well, don't care, to-bad, tough luck. so-what. You can rest assured that your not the only reading this.

Granted there’s a possibility that Scotillo is innocent

and is un aware of any corruption in his court room. It is possible that Wenrich, Hunter, Palatine police shift commander, deputy chief, chief of police, both Tatooles, Palatine mayor, village council, 2 assistant states attorneys, 4 defense lawyers, 1 retired justice planed this all by them selfs, let Scotillo out and he is blind to all. Busy trying to be a good judge and do good things.


by the way, what town do you think Scotillo, attorney #3 Warren Breslin, the judge in the next court room and probably most of the other judges who work in the Rolling Meadows court house live? I will give you a hint, it aint Palatine. You would be suprised at where and who live around here.

John Scotillo is a public disgrace

I would like (I would think the majority of other people would want the same) John Scotillo;

to be removed from judgeship - sounds logical

striped of any benefits or compensation - why should he enjoy the benefits or compensation

have all this cases reviewed for corruption - this can't be the only case like this in his trial log

go to jail - he's sent people to jail for lessor crimes

But the judges who keep him in place are probably, likely, maybe or maybe not, as corrupt and full of dirt as Scotillo, so nothing is going to be done, (brother hood, birds of a feather stick together). How about a immediate retirement?

There should be out rage on Scotillo‘s behavior and actions, but every one is afraid to even twitch a eye...... But me.

During my trial, I was confused but I could see what was happening a inside fix, i am sitting next to Tatooles with loads of evidence that is becoming exculpatory, these same photos of the speed limit sign, Tatooles is avoiding. I kept on pushing the photos in front on him, tapping him, and asking what about this and this and that. All I could get out of Tatooles was a one liner, about a simple mistake, not knowing the color of the car I was driving.

At that point and others I thought I would just get up and take over, my defense but, something inside me said, lets see how far this will go.

Man o man, what a ride, so many educated people, lawyers, judges, professionals ended up being willing participants / co conspirators, obstruction of justice, for what? Protecting a single intoxicated dirty cop or two, in the burbs.

Allowing this dirty cop and his like, to continue, day after day, is not a good thing.

Allowing lawyers, prosecutors and judges to continue day after day like this is not a good thing also.

Where is the higher standard that the bar talks about, Scotillo's Northwest Suburban Bar..... hanging on a wall?

Why are high standards in a court of law missing from Chief judge Urso's court house?

Missing in just this case with Scotillo or is this typical of every case?

If you ask me, this is courtroom gutter, court room sleaze at it's best.

I don't think this is the way all courts operate. I think some....(many?) operate with dignity and respect and to a higher standard.

I'm sure my demanding honesty in a court of law has put my life in harms way.


This whole mess, may leave a little bitterness in you mouth, any ones mouth. I'm sure wont be forgotten in a long time and it’s not suppose to. Hopefully we can see, fix, build and maintain good standards. Without truth and honesty, there is next to nothing.

Aint this the kicker photo, exposes fraud, corruption, court and municipal minulipation. I was going to get up and say wait, I want to ask a few questions (Tatooles had about 20 different photographs of this nature, in front of him on the table). Something inside, told me, to wait, let's see how far this will go. I really wanted to get up and ask Palatine Police officer Wenrich to explain this photo, but I was courious also as to how far this, these lies, will go.

You can't have judges lawyers, prosecutors in one court room say, that sign is 35 miles per hour then, across the hall the judges, lawyers, prosecutors say the same sign is 40 miles per hour, or in another court room have judges, lawyers, prosecutors say that the same sign is 45 miles per hour or the same judges, lawyers and prosecutors the next day say the same sign is something else.

I would think, the higher courts would not approve this type of activity by any one, let alone praise the cops who submit bogus reports.

Maybe Scotillo, forgot some key word definitions, or maybe he should order a re writing of the dictionary to meet his pleasure.

Honour is deemed exactly what determines a person's character: whether or not the person reflects honesty, respect, integrity, or fairness. Judge Scotillo can send some one to jail for life or sentience to death. I believe, I have showed, in my blogs, he and his bar buddies, have disrespect for the fundamental essentials necessary law and order. How could he or they possibly be in the positions they are in, is beyond me.
