This was the testimony of the Palatine police officer Mark Wenrich, Scotillo knew about this during trial. Perhaps from a pre trial conference for 1) or 2) from a exparti communication, perhaps at one of the judges wife's law bar social functions.
The D.A's office knew also this testimony would be false, the report would be false. (there are about 10k?, 20k?, 30k? judicial trials, before and after this trial, which will confirm I am telling the truth, that their own office was a main player in the approval of obstruction of justice.

John Scotillo orchestrates corruption in his court room. A church going, well educated, pillar of society, 2 time bar president and a corrupt judge? No matter how u look at it, he has tossed people in jail for the same crime he committed in his court room. First crooked trial for Scotillo-I doubt it, I think this is terrorism to the justice system. Scotillo is the law. Worthy of respect, don't think so.
How come, obstruction of justice, a cover up, perjury, false documents, organized crime, terrorism, bribery, is not a equal opportunity punishment crime? Written law in reality meanswhat? Ethics or a judicial cannon means nothing to a lot of people.
My lawyer (the mayors brother), knew that the Palatine cop's report was false and that the cop's testimony was perjury. My Lawyer (the mayors brother) aided in the obstruction of justice. Mayor Mullins, Mayor Tatooles, Mayor Schwnatz got my "email", along with 5,500? others.
My lawyer was a judge Scotillo's law bar president. The judge ruled his x bar president, mayors brother, incompetent. Must have been part of the game. To look look important. If the judge rules a lawyer incompetent (before the trial began), I would think, I should have the right to get a lawyer that was competent. But it don't work that way, it's all a game playedon saps like you and me.
The office of the Cook County States attorney's office (Dick Devine), prosecutor Chandra and co prosecutor Andre, new before hand, the cops testimony was perjury and the police report was false. Did they all lie and mis led the grand jury?
I hired, lawyer # 1, (x president of the judges law bar, mayors brother), lawyer # 2 (governor of the judges law bar), lawyer #3 (maybe he is not a governor?), Lawyers # 4 and 5 (to do the appeal), lawyer # 6. None of them could tell Scotillo nor the mayors brother, nor the prosecutor, nor the cop, that they have made a mockery out of the criminal justice system. Or say, they should be ashamed of them selfs. They created a "you owe me" Scotillo. BesidesAlveraz is the matriarch of the Chicago bar and Scatillo's wife the matriarch of her law bar. If the judge tells you to threw a case or your not going to practice law, I guess a sleaze ball lawyer, has to obey.
I contacted every federal judge down town, every lawprofessor in Illinois, no body cares, but me? The law has no respect for the law. The government has no respect for the government.
The cops were high on drugs during court, or plain & simple, knew there were no penalties for his criminal conduct. The appellate court praised Scotillo for praising a cop (Wenrich) that lied to his face...... who's the fool?
The cop didn't know the color of my car, the road he's on, the town he's in, higher than a kite. All the other cops went along with it. Hunter was sitting right next to him (top state DUI cop, but could not tell Wenrich was tripping out of his mind, the surveillance video should prove this (I told Tatooles, but he didn't care). The shift commander? is now the Chief of Inverness. The chief I think was the one who's kid torturedsome one, into a false confession with Alveraz, Madigan, the mayor, village council, council of the council, village manager approval, shoot, it seems with every ones approval. Authorized human right violations. Obama and Durbin, didn't say any thing, i guess it's OK with them. Does it not make them accessories to torture? Madigan and the mayor of Palatine are for sale, call it a campaign contribution or a consulting fee. Blogo talks about it and goes to jail. I think email about a cover-up and obstruction of justice adds federal crimes, to the whole mix. But then, I contacted theFBI, they don't care also.

How do u fight all this corruption?
blog it, let people know, this is killing America. Lets get some good people in charge. In this case trickle down corruption has taken its toll. We need trickle up honesty.
Palatine Police officer Wenrich nor any one, can be creditable in one court room in front of 1 judge then, cross the hall to another court room, another judge, be creditable with complete opposite testimony. To make matters worse, both judges then rule creditable on opposite facts and give high praise the cop that just lied to their face.
This is non stop garbage and every day all that is good, respectful and honorable gets another kick.
Just like plumbers, there are good ones and bad ones, hard to find the good ones.

At the end of the trial the judge Scotillo is smiling, praising all the lawyers and the lawyers are smiling and praising each other for the lies, filth and disgrace that they just got away with. This was just another day, another trial, in the court room of judge John Scotillo.
While they (at this point) stating with Judge Scotillo, Chandra, Andre, Wenrich, Hunter, Tatooles and who ever else in Inverness and Palatine knew about this case, violated every law, oath, creed, code, pledge on the face of the planet………and I guarantee quite a few people knew about this trial. But at the end, they manipulated this case and perpetrated a fraud on me………..and the society.
I thought it was a pretty sick sight……….. if u ask me.

Bolingbrook Police officer Drew Petersons, 2nd wife, was murdered, her dead body was placed in the bath tub, filled up with water. Drew Peterson came home, saw wife head down in the bath tub.

6th amendment - right to have effective attorney

3 - a few reasons why judge Scotillo belongs in jail
Many of you know, about 5 years ago I got pulled over by a Palatine cop, by the name of Mark Wenrich. Many or you know the Police report and testimony was deliberately deceitful, a lie and fraudulent. Under oath, instead of saying “I made a few mistakes in the report and that I would like to take the opportunity to correct them”, he stuck to his guns and gave premeditated, intentional perjured testimony. At the time of my arrest, this police officer was intoxicated, high on drugs or something, just following the protocol of a corrupted village or Wenrich is dumber than a stump. There were other police officers present during this arrest. Now we have a group of cops, witnessing and assisting one of its own, intoxicated, high on something, making arrest. If I was a cop, I would be a little nervous if my fraternal brother was out of his mind, running around with a gun strapped to his side.
I mentioned this and provided enough evidence to all defense attorneys to put all doubts to rest. I also told and asked Tatooles to get a copy of the video tape of the arrest and get a copy of the gps location of the police car and that will give added confirmation and verification as to lies in the report, at the arrest site, at the station. Which Tatooles didn't.
I am sad that many people who draw paychecks from the Village of Palatine and other locale government agencies, just didn’t and don’t care about integrity, professional conduct, code of ethic, truthfulness and honesty. Upon further investigation (after the fact), the corruption surrounding this case is staggering.
I was hoping during the past 5 years that, at some point in time, some one would have the balls, guts or decency to make some attempt to correct some lies that Wenrich, on duty Palatine Police cop, told of me, in a false police report and testimoney under oath in a court of law. But nobody felt it important, didn’t want to rock the boat, waist their time, get involved, did not want to give 2 cents worth of effort, lift a finger, to correct a wrong. I asked for help to write this letter, but nobody would touch this matter with a 10 foot pole. Rather the entire village would prefer to have corrupt mad men on drugs, with guns and badges, driving around town, 24 hours a day, doing what they please. I could never figure out why people in the employment of the Village of Palatine and related government bodies could, would and have protected corruption. If the reason is because I have a wife and kids to support............I could be fired, this is up to you, it still don’t make it right. What are you telling your kids, (the next generation of Americans), your neighbors, your preacher, your boss, that it is OK to lie or it is OK for cops to lie, when you see a crime, just turn away, ignore it, don’t bother stopping to help some one? But then once again look at all the corruption and there is a lot of it. I have just scratched the surface (tip of the iceberg so to speak). Where is the sense of right or wrong .......... I'll tell you where it is .......... it is gone!
You cannot beat what the church has to offer; 1 hour a week, 5 bucks in the kitty and your sole gets blessed. What a bargain. Just think if we did not have this sole cleansing service every week, things might be a lot worse. So maybe, some people put 10 bucks in and get a double blessing, so they can be double crooked for the week. They all go to the same church or 2 or 3 and that's it. I've been around town for 35? years.
I have notified - emailed countless churches. This reminds me of the Drew Peterson case 30 miles away, the wife told the minister days before her disappearance that she is in fear for her life, her husband a Bollingbrook cop has threatened to kill her, that her husband confessed to her that he murdered his previous wife. This minister abandon his faith and did nothing to help. To those who do not know about this google it, Stacy Peterson has not been seen since. Drew Peterson was a Bolingbrook cop for 23 years. During this time he had fellow cops, prosecutors and judges praise the day he was born. This was another case where State of Illinois police, Bolingbrook police, DuPage county states, assistance states attorneys lied, covered up his and all related crimes to Peterson, still go un punished and Stacy is missing in action.
My defense team started with James Tatooles (lawyer number 1) (the brother of the mayor of Inverness John Tatooles, (very small neighboring community that recently purchased its first police car). I pointed out to Tatooles and others (now I blog and tell the world), that some entries in the police report were way off wall, knowingly false and that it makes one wonder what this cop was on, when he made the arrest.
One particular observation and entry in the police report was a “mother of all, of his bumbling observations or lack of, or what he hallucinated to”. I don’t see how a cop in their right mind would make such a entry, unless, cops knows they have judges and prosecutors in their pocket and can twist em as they please.
Wenrich did not know the color of the car he was following / pulled over.
Besides the fact, that Wenrich did not know which side of the road he pulled the car over (tow ticket).

Officer Wenrich said “ Rand North of Hicks. The posted speed limit for that stretch of road is 40 mph”. When in fact Rand North of Hicks, had 2 posted speed limit signs for that stretch of road that read 35 mph. Actually Rand has a Northwest or Southeast direction. So there for, he did not know exactly, sort of, maybe, kind of, or where about, he pulled me over. Maybe Wenrich meant Rand South of Hicks, or Hicks North of Rand or Hicks South of Rand.
I simply don’t know what Wenrich was on.
I would think that the states attorney could not allow this report or testimony in a court of law.
Tatooles might have realized that there is a severe problem with Mark Wenrich’s report, which could possibly point to a Wenrich’s on the job intoxication or something, at the time of the arrest, which would be a dui, for a cop who issued a dui, which might open the doors as to the other state of minds of the officers involved in the arrest, which might open the door as to where was the shift commander during this, and open the door as to the competence of the deputy police chief and police chief (as to not knowing what is going on), then that might open the door as to why the village council are keeping these people on the city payroll which might bring to attention other shady activities that village members do not want known.
Mr. Tatooles as a member and past president of the Northwest Suburban Bar Association, officer of the court, is required to have this police officer arrested for making a false police report and if testimony would follow, he is obligated to add addition felony charges for perjured testimony.
I'll tell you one thing ... if any of us make a false police report, we're in big trouble, testify, bigger trouble.

4 - nobody in the village cared
Wenrich's lie, is in such fashion, it effects just about every ticket, report, testimoney he has been apart of.
On the surface I think that every right that you would think a person is entitled was not granted me, code of ethics, and professional conduct are absent, you name it, it was not here.
But under the surface, this behavior has become the standard and acceptable practice. This case is so corrupt, from every concept, from start to end.
All I wanted is the truth told in my case. I sent this to Hollywood, this would make a good movie. I think this would be a good review in law school as a discussion on reality for future lawyers, politicians and judges.
People in the police and fire departments, building departments. Public works, Township departments, historical society, the park and school districts, and some people who work at the library seem to think I should be lucky I did not go to jail, Many businesses people, in town, out of town, residents, are aware of my case. But go to church every week for a hour, toss in 5 bucks, you get the sole cleansed and they hope this does not happen to them

5 - I suspect
James Tatooles, knowing about the gravity of the situation, and that his brother John is the Mayor of the next town (Inverness), which relies on Palatine Police, Fire and public works departments for 24 hour service, might have asked his brother for his thoughts on the matter.
In which John Tatooles, might have talked to his village board and or maybe talked to the mayor of Palatine Rita Mullins, who may have talked to her village board about this issue.
The Palatine police has been know for problems in the past and there might be some ill feelings with the Palatine Police, Fire and public works departments, not with standing the Palatine Park District if any thing might rock the boat again, especially the brother of the mayor of Inverness.

The jest of the private pretrial conference in the Judge Scotillo’s chambers with assistant state’s attorney Shari Chandra and Michael Andre and James Tatooles went something like this, please note, I am assuming that the judge was present and that Tatooles discussed the evidence (that is what lawyers are suppose to do);
Note, that through investigations by me, after the fact (after I am no longer the property of scotillo) this original, “so I think the stage was set” should be slightly different. It was not like they did not know each other, very much the opposite (look at the other blogs and you will see what I mean). But for now, I will stick with this scene.
Hi judge, we have a problem, the police officer at the time of arrest, has a sobriety issue or just to dumb to be a cop. Other officers, assisting the arrest, would question their sobriety. Look at the police report.

Your honor, Wenrich has written thousands of speeding tickets on that stretch of Rand saying that the posted speed limit is 35 miles per hour. Here judge look at these photos.
The assistant states attorney Shari Chandra and Michael Andre, then agreed and added Tatooles is right, Wenrich’s report and testimony would be in direct contradiction to previous testimony and judicial rulings in this court house and maybe by you also.
The IDOT, the Cook County State attorneys office, fellow Judges have established that Wenrich’s observations, report is false and testimony would be false.
We, the Cook County Assistant State's attorneys have witnessed Wenrich under sworn testimony say contrary to these facts.
We have no idea where or what was on his mind at the time of arrest. Also as a matter of fact judge, you have probably ruled as a fact, in a previous case or 2 in which the testimony of that stretch of road was established, by you, as 35 miles per hour, so any ruling on this police report or testimony, will contradict and not support your own previous rulings. We would put Wenrich the arresting officer, in further jeopardy, than he is now.
Tatooles also might have said, If I have to argue about the breath test, my client was exposed to and breathing acetone and keyatone all day, PVC glue and primer and had open cans next to him at the time of the arrest. A expert witness will cancel out breath test.
Shari Chandra said something like darn, I am looking forward to my first trial and to start with a winner would be a good thing.
Then Tatooles’s added, there is another problem, as you know your honor, my brother is the Mayor Inverness, and is concerned about the friction that this may cause and there is the point of a conflict of interest.
Maybe Scotillo was not present in the pre trial hearing. Maybe the Assistant State’s Attorney Chandra and Andre and Tatooles planed this all on their own, but let’s assume Scotillo was present (who else could order 4 defense lawyers, and the entire States Attorney’s office of Cook County with 2 prosecuting attorneys, a police departments, who ever else might pop in to violate the law

The jest of the private pretrial conference in the Judge Scotillo’s chambers with assistant state’s attorney Shari Chandra and Michael Andre and James Tatooles went something like this, please note, I am assuming that the judge was present and that Tatooles discussed the evidence (that is what lawyers are suppose to do);
Note, that through investigations by me, after the fact (after I am no longer the property of scotillo) this original, “so I think the stage was set” should be slightly different. It was not like they did not know each other, very much the opposite (look at the other blogs and you will see what I mean). But for now, I will stick with this scene.
Hi judge, we have a problem, the police officer at the time of arrest, has a sobriety issue or just to dumb to be a cop. Other officers, assisting the arrest, would question their sobriety. Look at the police report.
Wenrich not knowing the correct color of the car he was following & pulled over.
the fact Wenrich did not know which side of the road he pulled the my clients car over on,
nor did Wenrich know what road he was on during the pursuit and arrest of my client.
Wenrich says it was Rand, but what is worst, Wenrich’s report says that “The posted speed limit for that stretch of road is 40 miles per hour”. There is no posted 40 mile per hour speed limit for that stretch of Rand. Your honor, Wenrich has written thousands of speeding tickets on that stretch of Rand saying that the posted speed limit is 35 miles per hour. Here judge look at these photos.
The assistant states attorney Shari Chandra and Michael Andre, then agreed and added Tatooles is right, Wenrich’s report and testimony would be in direct contradiction to previous testimony and judicial rulings in this court house and maybe by you also.
The IDOT, the Cook County State attorneys office, fellow Judges have established that Wenrich’s observations, report is false and testimony would be false.
We, the Cook County Assistant State's attorneys have witnessed Wenrich under sworn testimony say contrary to these facts.
We have no idea where or what was on his mind at the time of arrest. Also as a matter of fact judge, you have probably ruled as a fact, in a previous case or 2 in which the testimony of that stretch of road was established, by you, as 35 miles per hour, so any ruling on this police report or testimony, will contradict and not support your own previous rulings. We would put Wenrich the arresting officer, in further jeopardy, than he is now.
Tatooles also might have said, If I have to argue about the breath test, my client was exposed to and breathing acetone and keyatone all day, PVC glue and primer and had open cans next to him at the time of the arrest. A expert witness will cancel out breath test.
Shari Chandra said something like darn, I am looking forward to my first trial and to start with a winner would be a good thing.
Then Tatooles’s added, there is another problem, as you know your honor, my brother is the Mayor Inverness, and is concerned about the friction that this may cause and there is the point of a conflict of interest.
Maybe Scotillo was not present in the pre trial hearing. 7 - the trial
During the trial, the only thing I could get Tatooles to say or that he was scripted not to say, was that Wenrich got the color of the car wrong. After Tatooles examination was over with Wenrich, I was going to say stop, I have a few questions, but I just wanted to see how this game that was being played , was going to be play out.
We broke for lunch, he went out to his car, called me after lunch to testify (no warning, no prep, no expert witness, no nothing)
So at the end of trial I was guilty and every one praised them self’s of such a out standing job. It was like a club with in the court room and it was the end of days hunt.

Illinois method of execution
Lethal Injection - Execution by lethal injection is the most common method used to put condemned inmates to death today. It is achieved by the intravenous delivery of a deadly quantity of three different drugs. The inmate is placed on a gurney and his ankles and wrists are restrained. A regular saline IV line is started in both arms. Upon the signal of the warden, a large dose of sodium thiopental (a common hospital anesthetic) is delivered, causing unconsciousness. This is followed by pancuronium bromide, which is a muscle-relaxer which paralyzes the lungs and diaphragm. This causes the inmate's respiration to slow significantly. Finally, potassium chloride is introduced into the IV, which causes a fatal cardiac arrest. Death usually occurs approximately 7 minutes after the lethal injection begins. 8 - post trial arguments
I had trial transcripts made. I paid about a dozen lawyers close to $25,000.00 for a review of the trial. Some attorney’s saw major problems with the trial, others were apparently in the same bar association (club) of Jim Tatooles (past president), the judge and wife (editor and publisher of news letter) or were concerned about intimidation from the judge, so they praised actions of the court and said there is nothing they can do.
I hired attorney number 2 (Thomas Glasgo). $2,500 to look at the transcripts and another $5,000.00 to argue some post trial views that I thought were important and missed. Such as but not limited to; accessory, facilitating perjury, conspiracy, obstruction of justice, a lack of truth. letting him know about a cover up, fabrications, gross dereliction of duty, willfully perpetuated a perjury, subverted testimony, attorney and judicial misconduct hoping he would correct the errors that made a dirty cop go free. He argued about this and that, but not about my main concern.
Some place, some how lawyer number 2 must have become informed of what the game plan is and he fell in place or Scotillo would make sure he would never practice law again. So lawyer number 2, also decided to knowingly and willfully aided and abetted and furthered the obstruction of justice.
I am sure this action gave Scotillo, Chandra Andres and Tatooles a little kick, because this was not apart of the original game plan. But I am sure Scotillo was pleased that another lawyer without a backbone would submit to his will.
I was teary eyed in my last statement, knowing that the entire justice system failed, corruption prevail and I was just a piece of trash. Why was I the only one that wanted the truth to be told. I was not getting a fair trial and nobody cared.
I paid another two lawyers for a appeal (lawyer number 3(Warren Breslin) and lawyer number 4), hoping one last chance some one could tell a judge that, there is major corruption in my trial. I was still not sure what power prevented a simple truth from come out.
One day I got a call from one of my customers, he was pretty choked up also. (I let my grievance to known to a lot of people, friends, other plumbers, inspectors, some guys in the Chicago and County and Springfield governments, lets not forget about the MWRSD and customers, letting the customers know that most likely they will have to find another plumber, I won’t be doing plumbing for a while). He said he had a friend that, will be calling me, a retired supreme court judge.
He called, asked me a bunch of questions, didn’t know the answers. To me it was just another voice on the other end of the line, so I said I will have lawyer number 3, get back with him. Lawyer number 3 was very impressed, little ole me have such contact ability. I did not want to contact another friend of mine, a retired appellate court judge for help. He had a stroke, long time ago, can read, limited vocabulary. I hope and maybe he is much better these years, I just didn’t want to go over to the house and bother him and his wife with this non sense. I can stand on my own 2 feet. I thought and always will think that Sheldon's OK.

What are you going to do if a judge tells a lawyer play ball, my ball or else, I will make sure you will never practice law again.
This was just 2 more lawyers with no balls or guts, willfully, knowingly aided in a cover up, a successful cover up. Now we have;

Well the Appellate Court First Judicial District made their ruling. The appellate judges McNulty, PJ, Tully, O’Malley and JJ decided to join the party and have a ball. They praised Scotillo, Chandra and Andre and gave overwhelming praise and support to Palatine Police Officer Mark Wenrich.
The appellate court, most likely, assumed the facts that Scotillo allowed to be put into this case were correct, above board and honorable. But now, we must add the appellate court accountable of furthering deception, and now we have more con conspirators.
I let the many Cook county probation officers that were assigned to me know about this, the treatment centers know about this, the Maricopa county (AZ) probation know about this and nothing. I let people I knew in the Palatine fire department, public works departments, building departments, Village consul, township departments, customers, business owners, people in various school districts, societies and others that work within the government of other local municipalities. They are all on this game plan of sticking together and or there is nothing any one can do.
So by now;

10 - the sleaze
During the testimony we discovered that Mark Wenrich’s only job experience prior to becoming a Police officer was a bar bouncer during college. I bet, I know what and where that bar was also. It is amazing in a small town what people know about each other.
Now lets get back to the “mother of all of his bumbling observations or lack of, or what he hallucinated to” lies, told by Mark Wenrich. Based upon what McNulty, PJ, Tully, O’Malley and JJ said and ruled is now law.
I think that McNulty, PJ, Tully, O’Malley and JJ, will now have to clarify;
Is this ruling recto active or does it start from the date of the ruling?
Since this ruling has praised and gave credit to Wenrich’s perjured testimony and to become case law, will all further perjured testimony by Wenrich, be given praise, credit and held harmless?

Since Mark Wenrich constantly testifies in other court rooms and the Cook County State’s attorneys agree, that the speed limit is 35 miles per hour, I consider this a on going conspiracy of a multitude of crimes against all parties that is still within its statue of limitations.

My team of lawyers starting with James Tatooles (the brother of the mayor of Inverness), lawyer number 2, lawyer number 3, and lawyer number 4 and the State’s Attorney of Cook County, Richard Devine, Assistant States Attorney of Cook County Shari Chandra, Michael Andre, Judge John J Scotillo, all went to extreme measures and violated every law, principal and oath, to protect a dirty cop who was probably intoxicated during the arrest and cover it up, while knowingly, becoming just as guilty or dirty as a crooked cop. All the schooling, education, knowledge of right and wrong, good and bad, just disappeared. I personally, think honesty is a good thing. I think there was a retired supreme court justice who talked to one of my lawyers about this case. Every one knew or now knows that this cop lied under oath, provided a false police report. The Appellate Court of Illinois, knowingly or not, seem to have dirt on them selves also. The old saying garbage in garbage out is what we have. I would guess that over half the cases the higher courts rule are based on lies presented at trial.

11 - lie like a rug state trooper
Point in case is a is my 2nd dui (20 years ago?) in which the Appellate court ruled that the crooked Illinois State Police officer testimony was creditable. The state appealed my trial, I did not have money for reprenstation and Tatooles was not going to do any thing, with out cod. so guilty by default.

There is this other cop, Baker, hired in Palatine to target selected trucks and trailers?, then I heard he was picking on landscaper trailers. Also as many know, when my brother got pulled over by Baker, Baker solicited a discount for cash, something like $1100. He also said something like “it would be higher if he had to take you in”. You would have to ask my brother. Well my brother who was driving asked if he would get a receipt or something like that, then this cop went nuts. As a result my brother was arrested, who just got out of the military after serving 20 years for this country was now is going to cook county jail unless we came up with a $1300 fine. I can add other stories of intimation about this cop that I have heard, from many people who have been doing business in Palatine far before this cop was even a twinkle. Maybe this is village policy, cash payments on pull overs other wise this seems like a old fashion, run of the mill, standard, bribe..
If it is not the policy of the Palatine Police Department to offer discounts for cash on site for a road side pull over, I want this police officer arrested, I want every one arrested and or I make a citizen arrest.

After watching a few village board meetings in which Palatine residents came to the meetings and complained about board members, lying, trickery, then hear one of the guys sitting on the village board, saying, this is not on the agenda, we will not discuss it, sit down or get out. Honesty has probably, pissed off a bunch or 2 or 3.
I got balls and guts, to demand the truth, to stand up for what I feel is right. I expect honesty, integrity and high standards from a court of law, which is well worth respect, which was totally, obviously absent. I under stand and know that harm will probably become me and/or I expect a slew of high priced lawyers coming after me.
Most people in town (Palatine) I called home, for a long time, know that I get things done, licensed plumber, I'm honest, fair, discount when I can, don't cheat, steal, inflate, I give a honest count to the best of my ability (can't please everybody all the time).
For Instance: A toilet backs up, I have seen many times plumbers often tell the home owners right off the bat, sewer got to be dug up (high price item) and dig it they do. False statements were caused by the intentional, reckless and/or negligent acts of the prosecutions office. The State Attorney of Cook County Richard Devine and the Assistant States Attorneys Shari Chandra and Michael Andre intentionally, maliciously and/or . . . recklessly investigated and prosecuted. They took a police report that was factually incorrect from its conception from a police officer who perhaps was intoxicated at the time of the arrest (how else could a person logically explain why the police officer did not know where he pulled me over and the color of the car I was driving unless the police officer was death dumb and blind. To this date there has been no oops, I made a mistake by anyone). This police officer was rated at highly professional and creditable by the courts.

The prosecutor’s office is liable for knowingly supervise, participate and assisting Officer Mark Wenrich in his perjured testimony.
This indictment against or other criminal proceedings based on the prosecutor misconduct, abuse and oppression should not have taken place.
Prosecutor misconduct of perjury, threatening and coercing witnesses, concealing, falsifying evidence and oppression was a pattern through out this trial. As a result the associate Judge John J Scotillo, the appellate judges McNulty, P.J., Tully, O’Malley and JJ have now praised, gave honor, creditability and encourage perjury, dishonesty and corruption. I personally don’t think any one who pays such tribute is worth of much.

Exculpatory evidence is the evidence favorable to the defendant in a criminal trial, which clears or tends to clear the defendant of guilt. In many countries such as the United States, if the police or prosecutor has found such evidence, he/she must disclose it to the defendant. The prosecution's failure to disclose exculpatory evidence can result in the dismissal of a case. The opposite is inculpatory evidence, which tends to prove a person's guilt.
A victim is murdered by stabbing and an accused person is arrested for the murder. Evidence includes a knife covered with blood near the victim and the accused found covered in blood at the murder scene by the police. During the investigation, the police interview a witness claiming to have watched the stabbing occur. The witness makes a statement to the police claiming the stabbing was by another unknown person, not the accused.
The police officers statement, testimony and report are exculpatory evidence, since it could introduce reasonable doubt as to the creditability of the police officer. The police officer knew the evidence, report and testimony is not, was not and would be not and never would be a true.

I can't afford general liability insurance which is necessary for my Illinois plumbers contractors license.

Pete Phillippi was my journey man plumber. He lived in Palatine all his life. Installed plumbing in a good percentage of homes and business in town. Was a navy seal ww2 off the coast of Normandy. He even told me he was a palatine cop back in 49?
Pete, Stew S, Ron M, Jim R, Bob H, Vern Bergman, right off the bat (and others) could tell you stories about Palatine 70 years ago. Stories that that nobody could imagine. I talked to Marylin (historical society) a long time ago about folks still around that have a life time of good stories, but she never cared (Vern x township highway commissioner and probably the first, that Baker tried to nail as he loaded up one of his trucks while parked in a loading dock of another merchant). Just like that time I came across a burial grounds other side of the cemetery on Smith, 2 feet deep and I came across a treasure of stuff (bottles, plates forks spoons, etc). She didn't care. Once again, I was the only one that cared.

Associate Judge John J Scotillo, the Appellate Judges McNulty, P.J., Tully, O’Malley and JJ judge John J Scotillo, Palatine police officer Mark Wenrich, the State Attorney of Cook County Richard Devine and the Assistant States Attorneys Shari Chandra and Michael Andre all seem to have no problem with this conflict of testimony, while in other court rooms, in front of other judges the State Attorney office of Cook County and the Assistant States Attorneys prosecute and other judges convict on facts which were contrary to this police report. Other judges have ruled that the posted speed limit on that road is 35mph not 40 mph as given in testimony.
So now we have judges rule constantly contrary to one another, on a simple speed limit sign. Since the appellate court over rules lower judges then every speeding ticket that was a conviction based upon police officer Mark Wenrich’s testimony that the speed limit is 35 mph, must be overturned. All other tickets past present and future. Some one should tell the Illinois Department of Transportation and the Secretary of State of Illinois that the courts cant make up their mind as to what the law is or the law is what ever officer Mark Wenrich says.
The judges that prosecute on facts are correct or the judges who ruled on false facts such as in my case are not correct. Somebody or some judge is not telling the truth and are not creditable.
Associate Judge John J Scotillo, the Appellate Judges McNulty, P.J., Tully, O’Malley and JJ judge John J Scotillo, Palatine police officer Mark Wenrich, the State Attorney of Cook County Richard Devine and the Assistant States Attorneys Shari Chandra and Michael Andre all seem to think they have the right to contradict the 50 thousand or so verdicts from other judges.
The States Attorney office of Cook County and the Assistant States Attorneys Shari Chandra and Michael Andre knowingly accepted that the police officer report was false, inaccurate, misrepresented facts, a lie and unethical.
This was Shari Chandra first trial (talked about after trial when the judge, defense lawyer and prosecuting attorneys were praising them self’s).
Her zealous prosecution and perpetrating a fraud upon the court could be what is taught and the way law schools are training lawyers these days.
The State Attorney of Cook County office and the Assistant State Attorneys interest in the prosecution was to win, and for the unscrupulous, unethical practice to win regardless of the guilt or innocence of the testimony
The Assistant States Attorneys career path could be injured by failing to win, showing the lack of skill as a prosecutor for a lost criminal case, or poor professional judgment in obtaining an indictment which later was dismissed.
The prosecutor's career path is enhanced by being, and being known as "winner", which enables the prosecutor to get more visible cases, and to obtain higher position and compensation in the prosecutor's office. Also, the career path for the successful prosecutor, as we have seen from the past, can go right up to the White House or to the position as Attorney General or as a federal judge at any of the 3 levels (District Court, Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court).
The loss of a criminal case once commenced through obtaining an indictment can cause a major reversal in a prosecutor's planned career, and with such pressure to succeed, what difference (the prosecutor argues to himself) does it make if the prosecutor cuts a few corners here and there. The defendant is probably guilty, of something, if not the crime for which he/she has been indicted.
I hired additional lawyers to review this case most were appalled by the trial actions. Others had further praise for the parties involved. I used several to argue further in post trial motions. But again and again there was praise from the judge and States Attorney’s office of

In the pre trial conference (in private), assistant states attorney Chandra, Andre, defense lawyer Tatooles and judge Scotillo reviewed the evidence and clarified the issues in dispute and knowingly knew that any omission of these facts would have been misleading the court, a encouragement of perjury, a unlawful activity. I submit that they all decided to conceal this truthfulness from the court room arguments. Chandra will get her first slam dunk winning case. Tatooles does his brother a favor (mayor of the neighboring town
I do not think an investigation of this close door meeting will reveal any thing. Evidence of this perjury and lawlessness is perfectly clear. Black and white corruption was involved in this case. The case is over, done, gone, why come clean now? Mike Mars is nobody and who will know who cares? There are big stakes here (judicial, prosecutor, attorney and police misconduct) besides now, every one can play the blame game, or continue to skirt around the truth. Non accountability has come to be the American way.
I say this because for some reason the black and white police report was riddled with false information. The states attorney’s office and defense attorneys knowingly knew this was a fraud and the fact that during the trial there was a total absence of this information. The judge, states attorney’s office vigorously praised this cop and my lawyer said nothing, kept his mouth shut about this deception in the trial.

During this trial, some real facts are different then the facts presented in the court, the lawyers in the case went out of their way to conceal the truth.
How can you call a judge creditable when he praises a cope that lied in front of him?
Or how can you call a judge your honor when activities are less than honorable?
Or how can you call a states attorney creditable when they praise a cop that lied?
Or how can you call a defense attorney creditable when he knew a deception of the court is or was taking place?
Or how can u call a appellate court justices creditable, when they back a judge, and states attorney office that praises a dirty cop?
Actions by the police, my lawyers, prosecutors and judges seem to have violated loads of rules and regulations by which they are sworn to uphold.
This was not the first time the courts violated me but this time it made me a felon.
Can we assume the prosecutor’s office is full of this type of behavior or this is the only case? What about judges? No body complains because they are afraid of the consequences, employment, social circle, or something, again they use only laws that they want to use.
Now there is another question, is this the one and only case they have acted in this judicial miss conduct manor? Or do they do this every day?
Now there is another issue, I find it repulsive that the courts, judges and prosecutors pay tribute to corruption, dishonesty, lawlessness (That is what the courts have ruled in my case). Lawyers having knowledge that a judge has committed a violation of applicable rules of judicial conduct that raises a substantial question as to the judge's fitness for office shall inform the appropriate authority. – not in this case.
Self-regulation of the legal profession requires that members of the profession initiate disciplinary investigation when they know of a violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct. Lawyers have a similar obligation with respect to judicial misconduct. An apparently isolated violation may indicate a pattern of misconduct that only a disciplinary investigation can uncover. Reporting a violation is especially important where the victim is unlikely to discover the offense – not in my case.
A report should be made to the bar disciplinary agency unless some other agency, such as a peer review agency, is more appropriate in the circumstances. Similar considerations apply to the reporting of judicial misconduct – I am the only one interested in the truth.

Although a lawyer is personally answerable to the entire criminal law, a lawyer should be professionally answerable only for offenses that indicate lack of those characteristics relevant to law practice. Offenses involving violence, dishonesty or breach of trust are in that category. A pattern of repeated offenses, even ones of minor significance when considered separately, can indicate indifference to legal obligation – is this another worthless code of honor?

30 - the start of Arizona nightmare

The first and only first year of my 3 year probation was IPS (intensive probation service). In this first year I had to complete the following successfully. One slip up and I would be in violation and in jail;
$5600 in court fines
$1200.00 in probation fees
750 hours of community service (3 hours per session x 250 days) 1300 hrs served (my probation was at a bar (Amvets), they needed additional free labor. They gave me certificate of gratitude and thanks.
8.5 months at an alcohol treatment center (4 hour sessions x 4 days per week)
Check in with the judge every 3 months (4 times a year) x 3 years
Check into the probation department 2 times a week (2 times a week x 52 weeks = 104)
Phone into the probation department 3 times a week (3 times a week x 52 weeks = 156)
Receiving phone calls from cook county probation dept (7 times a night x 52 = 2555) x 3 years
7 am to 7 pm curfew 5 days a week
Total curfew week ends
Not permitted to leave the county
I completed this “intensive probation service”. I am now on regular probation. I paid 4 lawyers to represent myself. My case has been appealed to a higher court and we are waiting for a decision. On the 14 of August I could have lawyer # 3 be in front of the sentencing judge for a document stating that I am no longer on IPS and that I have successfully meet all the obligations set before me by the court.

31 - getting out of Arizona
Probation officer's in Illinois knew of this illegal activity. They don't care. The wicked witch probation officer I had in Arizona did not care. No one cares.
After making my transfer to Arizona, I started to set up shop, I started a corporation, I acquired workman’s comp and general liability insurance. I studied the residential and commercial plumbing laws of
I did all sorts of work for CMC, all over the valley.
These were rotten people, first month I was at this cmc, they were plotting to kill a guy who wanted to get paid for painting like a 1/2 mile of curb at a complex. I kept saying, the guy just wants to get paid, so why don't you just pay him....... he made to much, some thing like that was the answer. Mario had the Italian friend by the name of Louie Caruso, Glendale Az,, from Chicago, move to California then to Arizona (I wast told, he spent time in a fed pen in California, by Mario and that he was apart of organized crime, his right hand man is bald with a tatoo over every inch of his body?). As far as I know they killed him or mugged him as to not want any money. I told the probation officer about this and more, she did not care.

Observing all the hood winks that these guys are getting away with.
One time I saw Mario pick a garden hose that was laying in the sewer and fill the water cooler with it. I said what are you doing? They’ll never know. After that I make sure I filled the water cooler bottle with clean water from a clean receptor.
After about 7 months I needed to get some money (past 2 years no income in Illinois, surviving on credit cards, which are maxed out) this led to arguments. They owed me about $25,000, gave me a paid in full check for about $4,300, take it or leave it. I tore it up, gave it back to them. (took photo of the check (see below)).
Then they threw me out, of their house, shop and office, In the process stealing and looting all of my belongings (business and personal)
I was sleeping under the van, in the desert. My main meal became cactus pads and water, when I could find it.
Telling the probation all of this, she was very hostile toward me and made my life much worse. Another rotten person, that can carry a gun and has authority.
I took several jobs with plumbing contractors. The best one only lasted a month, she made me quit cause I was making plumbing wages, which were 3 times hers. I worked for 2 more plumbing companies. In the end they ended up screwing with wages and not paying for supplies that I would purchased with cash at home depot or suppliers.

This "crap" was 1 of 3 legal matters that were going all at the same time. Apparently, the yellow book phone directory was suing me. During the sales meeting that led to this mess, I apparently signed for 2 phone book advertising areas each one was about $3,500 ($3,500 x 2 = $7,000).
The one phone book, I wanted.
The other I didn't (why would I travel 50 miles for a free estimate? How could I spend 3 hours travel time - 2 hour on the job (lets say rod out a sink line for set price) be competitive and make money, I just can't. So what we agreed to is that I would sign this other contract (for the simplicity if I chose to go this rout the sales man would have all documentation. I was to be a no go unless I called. I never called to proceed with the this second book. He never called me. I paid the first book in full. I paid only 2 payments on the not wanted (disputed) directory (I figured I will take most (2/3) responsibility, they should take 1/3) I told the in-house collection about this, they said no, no, no. Sued me. They got a default judgment on be (this conviction/probation in Scotillo's, was worse than jail), I tried to handle all these attacks at the same time as best as I could) The yellow book lawyer garnished my bank account that was used to pay the previous yellow book payments. They got $74 and the bank charged me $150 (which I did not have, even if I did, why would I refund that account) and closed the account.
I had a accountant, lawyer, who made a phone call to the attorneys representing yellow book, trying to make some type of deal, so I could settle. They said no.
My probation was transferred to Arizona. Apparently I was served with warrants 10 times, by process servers (cops making more money on the side) from the Rolling Meadows Court house. I come back and I was served another time.
I went to court, I wanted to tell the judge about the corruption of the yellow book attorney, court deception etc. but nobody would let me. I wanted to bring up the penalties for false serving, which for one, could be dismissal of the suite (if I read that right).
I told the yellow book lawyer I had a bank account in Arizona, balance about $23, I got this company that owes me $23,000. prior to Arizona. She did not care about this also, just wanted a couple pounds of my flesh.
I guess i have arrest warrant for me on this "crap".
4 years now, no income, I don't even file tax documents, IRS put tax liens against me as soon as I was un able to pay past tax bill payments.
I have see this all to many times, a Judge is going to order me to pay, I have no means to pay, now I am in contempt of court, a judge once said to me, come tomorrow with your tax returns or your going to jail (re previous tax matters from the Carter years... I just went underground and no longer filed tax documents for 15 years (see that story on my welcome blog))
33 - 3 out of 3 and 100% corruption
Now lets go into another crap trial. About the same time as these other 2 cases were beating me up, I had a third. In McHenry county. I hit a gas line year or so earlier, and they were suing me. Well on that case, figuring lawyers were honest (another mistake), the lawyers for the gas company would show evidence of the damage gas line and the locations markers. I was in the clear, the markers were about 3-4 fee off. The state law provided protection from the contractor in such cases. The makers can only be with in a 3 foot margin of error (1.5 feet each side of the actual pipe, cable or line). I thought the judge would see this and there was no sense telling the judge what state law is, so I am in the clear with that.
I was found guilty by default, and a $3,000 judgment was awarded against me.
Now these people wanted what ever was left of me. I hired another lawyer... from McHenery (who I hired to go in front of Scotillo re;Arizona matter... so this would be defense lawyer 5) to try to settle with the gas company lawyer, he did, ended up taking the last of my money.

the appellate, 1 retired supreme court justice, the local law bar a few states attorneys, a couple assistant states attorneys, a dozen or so lawyers, a couple villages, mayors, a couple village councils, have done to the communities and to who ever, in the past 5 years,
to praise, honor, encourage, perjury, corruption, false documentation, drug usage, intoxication, obstruction of justice? The cops have been laughing at Scotillo, and other judges, the criminal justice system for a long time.
Until this pleasure is taken away, it will continue, the idea of hope, a cop will tell the truth, just don't cut it any more.
This time counter is the start of of just one event, one trial, of Palatine Police Officer Wenrich's dirt and the start of "lets see how far this will go".
All during this time no body has seen a problem here, but me.
I did not put the drugs in Wenrich's hand or in his mouth, he was higher than a kit way before he pulled me over. The police report he typed is the evidence. The fact that the Hunter sat next to Wenrich for 2 hours and did not notice a thing, makes you wounder about what Hunter was on. Where was deputy police chief Haas (now police chief of Inverness) as this was going on, or the shift commander or the chief?
If Wenrcih would have said the sears tower is in the Bahama's, I guess after the appellate added praise, honored and ruled, I guess it would be the law.

Giving such behavior a green light, is not good, I think it's a disgrace.

I don't think we were born with any bias, but through our life, some place down the line we start to go one way or the other. Society starts going one way or another also. Things get out of control, no body know how to stop, change directions or turn around.
I think the bias is to the good side, no matter how bleak things get.
My blogs will be on some one's server for the rest of time. I hope to add at some point in my life, that authorities have taken control. If I have not, sometimes when things are so screwed up it takes a little more time than hoped for to straighten em out.
