Judge Scotillo spent 10 years as a volunteer for a tax exempt organization that operates out of a storage locker, 1/2 mile from his self serving NWSBA
.
Scotillo "spent 10 years as a volunteer for PADS, an interfaith organization that shelters the homeless in area churches" hummmmm google gives me the Palatine address as a storage locker.
It's amazing, what a cook county judge can do and all leaches hanging around him looking for a pay day, bone, sap of a customer that they can milk senseless. Where's the FBI when you need one?
Any one look into "PAD's to Hope"? It seems that the address given to the US Government, is a storage locker?
Another place to hide the money, there are 1001 ways to take a legal bribe, and it's a write off (look at my Palatine-dirt blog for examples). Maybe this is the way Scotillo's uncle did it back in the old days, and this is something Scotillo can't let go.
Scotillo is a walking ethic violation, to say the least.
With all my problems, I did plumbing at a home for habitat in Woodstock. There was a real house, real address.
But come to think about it, it's probably legal to have a tax exempt organization's mailing address a storage locker.
"It is a perfect example of who he is and how he spends his time," said Assistant State's Attorney Karen Crothers. "he is constantly thinking about helping people"
Maybe the storage locker is full of can goods, clothing, that get distributed every week?
Who are the people behind "PAD"? http://www.padstohope.org/index.html
lets see, at this storage site, pod, unit, locker, booth, named "PADS to hope", there is;
a executive director
a program director
a hope center director
a development director
a development associate
a agency administrator
a book keeper
a event coordinator
a funding officer
a mental health counselor
a supportive housing counselor
a clinical vocational coordinator
a case manager
a outreach specialist
a support staff / transportation
a support staff / custodian
a support staff / custodian
a 12 member, board of directors
a owner
a treasurer
a clinical director
a hope center receptionist
a vocational coordinator
a transportation coordinator
a custodian coordinator
a president
a vice president
a sectary
1 phone number
1 fax number
17 phone extentions
and Senator Mat Murphy of Palatine, is on the board of directors, so this has to be on the up and up, operating out of a storage locker.
It is amazing how all these people, and all these phone lines operate out of, or fit into, a 8 x 6 ? storage locker.
It reminds me way back when, how many people can fit into a VW or phone booth. Just amazing.
They have a receptionist, open m-f, 9-4.
"For its homless clients and people at risk of becoming homeless, The Hope Center, at 1140 E. Northwest Highway, in Palatine, less than a mile from Arlington Heights border, offers shower and laundry facilities, a food pantry and clothing closet and services, such as voice mail, vocational assistance and substance abuse and mental health counseling"http://www.pioneerlocal.com/arlingtonheights/news/703959,AH-whyhere-122007-s1.article . hummmmm....., then we to http://www.hopenow.com/media.html. HOPE NOW is an alliance between HUD approved counseling agents, mortgage companies, investors and other mortgage market participants that provide fre foreclosure prevention assistance. hummmmm.....
Point is, I stand behind my accusations against Scotillo, out of the 4k plus emails, no one contradicts a word, I have to say one judge replyed, said aint his concern, with that, I don't believe this "PAD for hope" is all hunky dory, this is Cook County. I wish it was all hunky dory.
As far as I am concerned anything to do with Scotillo is just as greasy as him.
I know the plumbing I did in Woodstock was real.
I have found in the past that, the volunteer in the field is a sap, all the rest are collecting a nice income.
Reminds me 30 years ago, I use to see a guy once and a while, that worked at a Illinois Highway Department toll booth, each time, I saw him he had stacks and stacks of money, all crinkly, pockets loaded with change. I think he was driving a cady, another guy with no money problems.
