2 time law-bar president John Scotillo, 1 time law-bar president Tatooles, defense lawyer #1. Law-bar governor defense lawyer #2. 2 time law-bar president and 21 year editor Nancy Scotillo is right there, to have these cops, law enforcement and others get a free pass with drug abuse on duty, in court, false reports, perjury, obstruction of justice and all other criminal conduct, I think is against the law, improper, unethical, but who or what am I? only a high school graduate, plumber (a little more qualified than Joe the plumber), now a felon, while all the real criminals in this case walk free.
At the end of the trial, judge Scotillo, defense lawyer # 1 (Tatooles), 2 assistant states attorneys (Chandra and Andres), then praised each other, in some type of frenzy for about 20 minutes...... it was kind of sickening, especially after they all just made a mockery out of every thing the law represents. It was kind of like a pack of wolfs, just made a kill, were dancing and howling before the feast (really creepy).
This is a poor reflection on judge Urso and how he runs his court house (I sent him a copy of the letter to Palatine and Inverness). So if these 2 judges in the Rolling Meadows court house aid and abet, obstruct justice, cover up, others probably do also and hide behind their robe.
I think people want a higher standard from judges, than what we have here. Seems to be a lack of role models also.
What is Obama's change going to do about this? Band-aid change or fundemental change? If a judge told Obama or his wife to obstruct justice, as a lawyer from Chicago, they would have, had to obey or forget about practicing law. How do you change people to be more honsty and truthfull if they don't want to change?
I once came across a slum lord in Palatine, south of k-mart, and I made a big stink about it because it was not right, it was horrible, rotten and sick, worse than you could imagine. A bunch of handy cap people with walkers, oxygen bottles, 110 degrees out side, air conditioning did not work, half the outlets did not work, stoves and refrigerators did not work, plumbing did not work. I have seen the health department of palatine, and other departments only attack those who are not politically connected or let's say paid off some one and let those who are connected or greased the palm, let things slide.
This is a true story and these cops, da's, lawyers, judges, their club law bar and 5 years later, continue this terrorism every day. They all think this is a-ok, acceptable conduct.
I say this activity is not a-ok, it is a disgrace, dishonor, unacceptable, I think this is terrorism and wrecking havoc on this whole world.
Who do you call? (re Drew Peterson's dead wife, missing wife, they called the police, da, church, and ended up dead and or missing)........ I have contacted many, and get the impression, not many people care.
So many law bar presidents, governors and the judges wife -21 year law letter editor and 2 time president involved in this scam they call law and order, makes you wounder about the Northwest Suburban Bar Association. Add all the other people involved, in this cover up, makes a person wounder even more.
Scotillo and the appellate agreed defense lawyer #1 Tatooles was incompetent, not prepared for trial (Tatooles told me in the hall before court started, we'll get a continuance). Scotillo denied continuance. I was convicted of a felony, in a fixed trial, with a crooked judge, crooked D.A., crooked defense lawyers, crooked law bar, crooked justice system.
Sad part and example is, with this whole mess is that no one polices the law, only pay lip service, there is no law and order within the law, with in law enforcement or the criminal justice system, with in the law bar. Suppose to be, but just aint there. Like a bunch of runaway power freeks, which are freeking out the whole country and in a way it seems to me, this is a very organized crime syndicate. Maybe some day, they get tired and lady justice can resume.
Another question, about the legitimacy of criminal convictions when the court rules the incompetency of the defense attorney, during trial, then let's the trial continue with the same, unfit, defense lawyer (I could give you that page #'s, in the trial staring lawyer 1, or the post trial arguments page #'s, by lawyer 2, but, or maybe it is in the appellate ruling by lawyer 3 and 4 also, but, I'm waiting to get arrested or worst, for blogging the truth, about wide spread home grown, criminal elements and what happened in my trial, so what's the difference, its there).
Another question, about the integrity of Scotillo's criminal justice system as a whole.
6th amendment gives rights for legal defense, but what, give the defendant mentally disturbed lawyer is like throwing the defendant a anchor.
When I sent Scotillo and his Law Bar governors, Urso and 35oo others, a copy of my letter to Inverness and Palatine, there was a link to a murder plot of a curb painter I over heard, in AZ, by the people I was staying with (Italian with a green card plotting to kill a born in America, guy who did a job and wanted to get paid, employment of illegal maid, he plotted to kill wife, while in Italy until he found out every thing is in her name, willed to daughter, not him. They stole my $40,000 jet truck. Just as that curb painter, they did not pay me and threatened to kill me. The guy has a get out of jail card, from the police chief of Mesa (I saw it). Arizona and Illinois probation was informed of all this dirt, Scotillo, immigration, AZ and all, let this slide. Can't leave out the x Palatine cop (x friend of theirs who moved to Arizona also) who put cameras in his daughter's bathroom, bed room and made video taps. Daughter ended up as a private, on call, massage hooker, her implants are extra large. This was another nightmare, I did not need.
What a sad excuse of a judge and law and order, in my books.
